This hydraulic test bench is a high-capacity, multi-application testing system designed for functional, performance, and endurance testing of hydraulic pumps, valves, hoses, and assemblies. Engineered for industrial environments, it delivers up to 120 LPM test flow at pressures up to 250 bar, enabling accurate and repeatable testing under real operating conditions. The system is powered by a 55 kW AC servo motor, providing precise speed and torque control for driving hydraulic pumps under test. This allows realistic simulation of machine duty cycles, load variations, and transient operating conditions. An integrated pilot hydraulic system operates internal directional control valves independently, ensuring smooth valve actuation, stable pressure regulation, and reliable test execution. The test bench is suitable for R&D, production testing, quality assurance, and endurance validation applications.
